SWTOR Lieutenant Felix Iresso Companion Guide

This is my SWTOR Lieutenant Felix Iresso Companion Guide, where I will tell you everything you need to know about the Republic militant.

Jedi Consulars are one of two force sensitive Classes available on the Republic Side. Their main attributes are Willpower and Endurance, and at level 10 you can choose an advanced class. Your choice of advanced classes will be: The Jedi Sage, a healing/DPS class specializing in ranged, force attacks, or the Jedi Shadow, a tanking/DPS class who wield a double-bladed lightsaber.

They also specialize in ranged, force powered attacks. Consulars are a powerful class, capable of causing huge amounts of damage or healing. Whichever advanced class you choose, your Companions will be the same, and some will adi you more greatly than others.

Lieutenant Felix Iresso is the fourth Companion Character available to the Jedi Consular, and he will be recruited to your crew at around level 37, upon completion of your class quests on Hoth. The son of refugees made homeless during the Great War, Lieutenant Felix Iresso has been a career soldier for many years.

His file shows participation in several notable battles, including the so-called Eight-Hour Invasion of Dubrillion where Republic forces repelled an Imperial invasion force with minimal reinforcements. Since then, Lieutenant Iresso has earned excellent technical scores and commendations for exemplary service.

Sex: Male
Race: Human
Recruited: Hoth
Level of recruitment: Approximately level 37

Unlike Zenith, Lieutenant Felix Iresso has a Light personality, meaning if you play typically as a Light side Jedi, you’re likely to gain more affection with him through conversation options than you would with a neutral personality or dark. Still, to gain maximum affection with him, it would aid you to learn his favorite types of conversation options. These include: Republic military, leadership, danger for the greater good, honor and mercy. However, he will disapprove of conversations consisting of breaking the law, and cruelty. Iresso specializes in being a Ranged Tank, which will come in handy for those choosing a DPS or healing route. Due to his Tanking nature, he prefers use of a Blaster Rifle and Shield Generator in combat.

Personality: Light
Role: Ranged Tank
Likes: Republic Military, leadership, danger for the greater good, honor, mercy
Dislikes: Breaking the law, cruelty
Primary Weapon: Blaster Rifle
Secondary Weapon: Shield Generator

Whilst progressing through the Jedi Consular’s story missions, you will receive quest rewards designed specifically for your Companions. You will easily spot which items are made for Iresso, as they will contain his name in the item title. There are many different ways to kit out your Companions, though I find this method to be the best, because as long as you only use the items provided from quests on your Companions, they will always improve with every new piece you receive.

You could also visit a heavy armor vendor, as this is Iresso’s proficiency. This too, is a good way of ensuring his armor is the best it can be at all times, thought it could end up costing a lot of credits by the end of the game. The last alternative for you would be visiting a Planetary Commendation vendor.

These are normally found on said planet, or you can find the Commendation vendor for every planet aboard the Republic Fleet. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have plenty of spare commendations; however, as they take a while to save, and you need to use them for yourself to ensure you have the best armor.

My SWTOR Lieutenant Felix Iresso Companion Guide is intended to give you all the information you require. Crew skills play a large part in SWTOR, as depending on what you specialize in, they can earn you lots of credits once you are able to craft purple items. Lieutenant Iresso also has proficiency in certain crew skills, which if used correctly will gain you an additional bonus. These are: +2 Armstech Critical, and +2 Scavenging Critical.

Armor Proficiency: Heavy
Primary Stat: Aim
Secondary Stat: Endurance
Crew Skill Proficiency: +2 Armstech Critical, +2 Scavenging Critical
Romance-able: Yes, if female

Lieutenant Felix Iresso is one of the many Companions in SWTOR who can be romanced if you play as a female Jedi Consular. Even if you don’t want to romance him, or if you prefer to play as a male character, gaining his affection will prove useful, as it will unlock interesting stories from his past, increase your Characters “Presence” attribute, and will also make them better at completing Crew Skill missions.

To romance him, you must have sufficient affection gained with him, which can be obtained a number of different ways. The main way to gain affection with your Companions would be to use them a lot, forcing them to be involved in conversations, meaning they gain affection through your choices. However, sometimes this isn’t possible. Perhaps they disapprove of the options you would normally choose?

Well if this is the case, a much faster (but more expensive) way is to buy your Companions gifts. This can be done by either buying them from the vendor on the Fleet, or by sending your Companions out to get some on Crew Skill missions, if you have trained in appropriate skills. You must ensure you give him the correct gifts though, or else it will result in no affection gained, and wasted money. Iresso’s favorite gifts are: Republic memorabilia, trophies, courting (from females), luxury and weapons.

Weapon: like
Military Gear: indifferent
Courting: indifferent love
Luxury: like

Republic Memorabilia: favorite
